With a passion for texture, aroma, taste and uncommon pairings- Founder and Curator RI decided to share her findings with the world. Most people drink and eat the same things day in and day out, growing bored with the monotony of it all. Sipsy is set in place to introduce not so common ingredients to people who otherwise may have not had access or a formal introductions to them.

Bits about RI

I’m a New York native, 80’s baby, and DOPENESS personified—what most would call a modern‑day nomad. From the fast pace of New York, through my chapters in Georgia, to now sitting still in Texas, every stop has added flavor to my story and to Sipsy.

My mission to you, my TRIBE, is simple yet powerful: to deliver quality, share knowledge and how‑to’s, offer transparency, and provide customer service that feels personal and real. I may be a team of one, but I make it my priority to stay accessible to you.
