Sipsy Shipping

Sipsy Spices and Teas accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sipsy ships weekly On Tuesday- Thursday and Saturdays for all orders processed by 3 pm CST, it may take up to 2 business days before your order ships. All Sipsy orders are processed in the order, in which they are received. Orders will be shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail. 

When  experiencing a very high order volume- processing and shipping times may be extended which could lead to orders possibly taking up to 5 business days to ship. 

During the busy seasons, we might experience delays. Additionally, the USPS may experience delays that are out of our control. If packages are not received please contact the shipping company whom you have selected. We are not responsible for delayed packages once it has left our packaging facility, packages delivered to the wrong address or lost packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to AGAIN- contact the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) directly.

 

We will do everything in our power to remedy delays Sipsy may be the cause of.

You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email.

If you receive free shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.

Signature Confirmation

Orders over $50 will require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery during the holiday season.

Damaged Packages

We are careful to package orders, but transit can cause damage to your items. We're not responsible for handling of packages by USPS/ UPS, but we want you to be happy and will work with you to replace your damaged items. 

If your package is damaged, please send an email to Orders@SipsyByRi.com with your order number and photos of the damage. 

Returns/Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchange products for any reason. All sales are final.
