Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
  • You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • To start a return, contact us at support@sipsybyri.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days of return processing.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
  • Email support@sipsybyri.com with photos of the issue and your order details to request an exchange.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used tea and spice products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Order Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
